Debbie Certified Dental Assistant |
Hailing from Worcester, Massachusetts, Debbie has been in Arizona since the 70’s. Having graduated Phoenix College as a Certified Dental Assistant, Debbie is chairside with Dr. Alverson and behind the scenes maintaining the dental inventory and the laboratory. Debbie also earned her Myotronic Neuromuscular Technician Certification in 2004. When not at the office, Debbie enjoys sewing and riding motorcycles with her husband.
“When I was in high school, we had a family friend who was a dentist. He encouraged me to go into the dental field. I love it! It’s been very exciting and rewarding watching peoples’ lives change by giving them a beautiful smile!”

Donna Business Manager |
Originally from Long Island, NY, Donna relocated here after graduating St. John’s University with a business management degree. Donna is the business manager and scheduling coordinator and has been with the practice for 19 years. To relax, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, cheering her daughter on in volleyball, interior decorating and ‘lovin’ up’ on her horses and dogs.
“I love making our patients feel that they’ve come to a friend’s home to visit! We go out of our way to make our guests feel comfortable and welcome. We may be the only friendly faces that they come in contact with all day long! The biggest compliment they can pay us is to tell us that they love coming in to see us!”

Kathy Dental Assistant |
A self-proclaimed ‘army brat’, Kathy has lived many places, but considers Arizona her home. After attending Northern Arizona University, Kathy graduated Dental Assisting school, and has been putting patients at ease with her warm, reassuring chairside manner with Dr. Alverson for over 10 years. When not chairside, Kathy enjoys snow skiing and gardening (she has an incredible green thumb!)

Suzanne Dental Hygienist |
Originally from just outside Pittsburgh, PA., Suzanne relocated to Phoenix in 1987. After graduating with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1985, Suzanne has continued honing her skills with anesthesia certification and Las Vegas Institute Neuromuscular courses. When not providing excellent hygiene care for patients, Suzanne enjoys traveling (especially to Hawaii), boating, hiking and working out at the gym.
“I’ve always enjoyed meeting and helping people, which is one of the many reasons I love my profession. I find it very gratifying to help create a new smile for someone or to relieve their discomfort. I love working with Dr. Alverson because he is not only a highly skilled professional, but also quite an artist (and a nice guy, too!)”
