Dr. Alverson loves dentistry and learning. Dr. Alverson has been an instructor and a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute of Cosmetic Dentistry (LVI) and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Alverson has lectured for the American Education Bureau, and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Arizona State Dental Association.
Dr. Richard Alverson completed his undergraduate education at Arizona State University and received his degree in dentistry from the University of Southern California Dental School in 1977. After serving in the Air force as a dentist in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas he established his practice in his hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona.
While not practicing dentistry, Dr. Alverson enjoys time with his wife and daughter riding horses, ATVs, motorcycles and antique collectible cars.
